The self check-in service makes your arrival at the accommodation you have booked both quick and easy – all you need is your smartphone! Here’s how it works:

1. Get the code: before your arrival, we’ll send you a unique access code via email or SMS.
2. Use your smartphone: on your arrival, open the email or SMS with the code.
3. Insert the code: you will find an electronic keypad at the entrance – just input the code you have received.
4. Enter the building: once you have inserted the code, the door will open automatically. The first time you enter, you will not need any physical keys, everything is managed securely and digitally through your phone!
5. Enter your room: here, too, all you need is the room code you will have received on your smartphone. Once you’re in the room, you’ll find the physical keycard that will enable subsequent access.
